Having purchased the Canon iPF8400 through GDS, we are absolutely delighted with the results. The machine is robust, speedy to deliver prints and above all, the quality it reproduces is outstanding. It really is the perfect printer for what we needed.

It is simple to use, simple to change rolls and the nifty feature that barcodes paper as you change rolls is incredibly useful. The printing operation is quiet meaning it can be installed in an office environment without it causing distraction.

To put the simplicity into context, we learned how to use this printer (and all its features) far quicker than we learnt how to use the photocopiers in reprographics!

We haven’t found a down side to the printer, but getting the print settings right on your PC/Mac can take a little tweaking to get it just right.

Coupled with the device itself, we found the advice and guidance provided by GDS to be first class.

We would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase something of such significant value in a highly specialised area such as Graphic Design, to make use the abundance of knowledge available through GDS and Kate Walker.

I would like to thank you very much for your time, knowledge and assistance in helping me acquire our new plotter. This was all made possible by the hard work, caring nature and above and beyond approach to customer given by Kate Walker.

Even when the printer was delayed with Tuffnells (no surprises there, that's why we stopped using them entirely) she had a driver from the distributor dispatched the same day so that the promise of next day delivery could be fulfilled. We were kept up to date with every development and the promotion that HP was offering was explained in full. Immediate responses (like, within 10 minutes) to emails and a wealth of personal knowledge allowed Kate to provide some of the best service I have ever received.

In short, if you offer a bonus or rewards scheme for your employees, Kate deserves it. She is a very kind, caring, courteous, knowledgeable and hard-working homo-sapien and deserves to be rewarded as such and it is because of her that you had such a large sale from me. I look forward to using you as my new ink supplier for this machine as well :)

Firstly I would like to say thank you, for replying to my enquiry, this is a greatly appreciated.

I would also like to take this time to compliment your staff, in particular Kate for the work she did in ensuring that we got our maintenance cartridge and complimentary roll of paper on Friday.

While I will admit that we were a little disappointed at first that it hadn't arrived in the same time frame as the print head, but we were extremely impressed at the level of after service and work done to rectify the issue, of which we are extremely grateful.
