GDS are pleased to announce that they now stock a range of Contex SD One+ Scanners to sit alongside the existing Colortrac Range of Scanners.

As the world’s largest developer and producer of large format imaging solutions, Contex leads the market with innovative technology and advanced scan and copy software applications. SD One+ is a low cost but fully featured and compact large format scanner, which packs a huge amount of value into its lightweight 24? or 36? size.

The SD One+ is the next generation of technical CAD scanners, replacing the very popular SD One Scanner. The SD One+ boasts a stronger build quality, higher accuracy with fully featured software and a control panel directly on the scanner.

With Contex SD One+ you can scan your oversized maps, engineering and construction drawings in-house to save space, time and money. With scanning speeds of up to 3.8 ips at 150 dpi these colour scanners are designed for low volume use environments where functionality and accuracy is paramount.

The FREE Nextimage file scanning software included with the SD One+ allows for the easy creation of TIFF, JPG, PDF and PDF/A files and has the ability to integrate with Cloud applications such as Dropbox, Box.com or Google Drive.

You can also choose at any point to upgrade your software with the Contex SD One+, allowing your SD One+ Scanner to grow as your business grows. These upgrades allow you to scan to an even greater number of file formats.

The SD One+ comes with the option of an adjustable low floor stand on lockable wheels for easy movement and storage or a high floor stand that sits behind and over your printer. These stands also come complete with a document catch basket.

The lightweight SD One+ fits easily into small spaces close to archiving equipment, printers or your desk.
