GDS Matt Coated 90gsm Paper is a high quality, bright white, smooth surfaced, matt presentation paper which is ideal for client presentation work where you require a smarter print that uncoated standard plot rolls give. The inkjet coating (invisible) on the surface of the paper ‘grabs’ the ink, giving a ‘tight’ print and more vivid colours than uncoated paper making it perfect when your prints need to stand out from the crowd. We recommend light ink coverage on this paper weight.. This size is oversize A1 allowing you to print A1 portrait and A2 landscape from the same roll – can be trimmed to exact sheet size.
GDS Matt Coated 90gsm Paper is our lightest weight coated, high quality, super smooth surfaced, paper which is perfect for producing prints with a higher end feel than basic uncoated paper. It is ideal for client presentations when you need your line drawings and designs to have that extra special edge. Coated paper has an invisible layer on the surface (like a super fine matt varnish) which grabs the wet ink as it hits the page during printing and keeps a ‘tight’, bright & vivid print to add to the soft, smooth feel when handled. This paper will take a little more ink than basic uncoated 80gsm and 90gsm ones, meaning you can use this grade to print colourful designs with a slightly heavier ink load, than line drawings, small photo images, colour fills and better quality line drawings.
Our GDS brand rolls are purchased from made for us by outstanding manufacturers including Océ, Canon and Xerox to give you the very best quality at the lowest price possible.

The HP T130 can print on a range of media. It is aimed at the entry level architectural/construction design market so it’s perfect for mainly printing plans, layouts, technical drawings, presentation designs, etc, but you can easily print on the following media types:
If your paper is a transparent film (for example, transparency), select paper type Film > Transparent/Clear film. If your paper is a translucent paper or film (for example, technical or tracing paper), select paper type Film > Matte film.
Your paper type selection for generic paper depends on the paper’s ink absorption capacity.
If your paper is a photo paper, use the Photo Paper category. For glossy or high-gloss paper select paper type Photo Gloss Paper. For Semi-gloss, Satin, Pearl, or Lustre finishes, select paper type Photo Semi-gloss/Satin Paper. To increase gamut on photo paper, select paper type HP Universal Gloss Photo Paper or HP Universal Satin Photo Paper, depending on the finish.
Whether you need T130 CAD paper (uncoated basic plain white paper) for printing technical drawings and layouts, T130 Presentation paper (coated with a unique inkjet layer to give a higher quality print), T130 Heavyweight paper, or T130 Photo Paper to make sure your images look tip top, we can pinpoint the roll or sheet pack for you.We have put together a selection of the most popular rolls and sheets for you to choose from, with total peace of mind for excellent print results.
The rolls we suggest for the HP T130 printer are all supplied on a 2 inch core (50mm) (this is the tube in the centre of the paper roll which slides onto the printer spindle) – cores come in two standard sizes 50mm (2″) and 76mm (3″) – Note the T130 cannot handle larger 3 inch core rolls.
Our T130 paper range should give you a paper product that is suitable for any of your print jobs. Our most popular papers are:
The HP T130 is an A1 size (24″) desktop printer, the smallest A1 printer in the HP DesignJet wide format category. It can take rolls up to 24″ wide / 610mm and up to 50mt long (10cms diameter). The HP T130 can also handle sheets – the cassette can be loaded with A3 or A4 paper to feed continuously or you can load A2 or A1 sheets individually. Here is an overview of the standard sizes of wide format paper rolls and sheets and the size of prints you can use them for. Sizing varies between traditional CAD sizing where true ISO sheet size is required from rolls and graphics sizing which is almost always oversized. Where a roll accommodates 2 sizes you can print both by simply turning your print to landscape.
